QUANTIS INTEL · LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts concluded via quantisintel.com between Quantis Intel (the "Provider") and the customer concerning the purchase of digital market reports. Deviating terms proposed by the customer do not apply unless the Provider expressly agrees in writing.
2. Subject of contract
The Provider supplies a one-time digital market report in PDF format. The report is made available for download immediately upon completion of payment.
3. Formation of contract
The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process via the payment processor Gumroad. By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer.
4. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website are final. Payment processing is handled by Gumroad Inc. (USA). The customer is subject to Gumroad’s payment and usage terms.
5. Delivery
The digital report is delivered as a download link immediately upon completion of payment. No physical delivery takes place.
6. No refunds — digital content
In accordance with consumer protection law for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the customer expressly waives any statutory right of withdrawal once the report has been made available for download.
Because each report is delivered instantly and in full, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided.
7. Licence and usage rights
Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-transferable single licence for internal use within their own organisation — including board and investor presentations. Resale, public distribution, or redistribution of the report (in whole or in part) is prohibited without the Provider’s express written consent.
8. Liability
The report contains market analysis and recommendations based on verified primary sources. No guarantee is given regarding accuracy, completeness, or commercial outcomes derived from the report. The Provider is not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of the report.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
